Claire Ashworth
Ashworth and Co has grown from my enthusiasm and un-ending passion for all forms of property, especially period buildings and their social history.
I have lived in the beautiful countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk for over 30 years and during this time restored many properties throughout the region; more recently I have started to turn my attention to the delights found in S/W France. The other side of my work has included; blacksmithing, stained glass and antique furniture care, but my proudest working moment was when English Heritage commissioned me to work on the restoration of Suffolk churches.
In my career I have worked alongside many tradesman and after learning to sort the “wheat from the chaff ” I have gathered an invaluable database of contacts that would take someone new to the area a lifetime to assemble. So from this I decided to form a Company that can offer a friendly and professional all round service that you can call on to help you through any stage of the property process.
The Ashworth & Co team has grown from our professionalism and passion about our chosen field and what we do daily.
We are based in Norfolk, Suffolk and France and we find ourselves working in - the property market, project management, property development, financial matters, mortgage advice and legal matters.
So altogether we can offer you a superb service based on our experience, knowledge and professionalism all encapsulated by our “hands on” approach and work ethic.
